        How do we do it?

Our first visit to your home or office premises would be arranged at a mutually convenient time either during the day, evening or weekend if necessary.

         We are not a 9 till 5 Monday to Friday Company, your time is valuable so let us take the strain at a time when it suits you.

         The initial assessment visit will be at no cost to you. We will look at your accounts, advise you how we could sort your files into an easy to follow filing system and make suggestions on how we can streamline your systems if necessary. Based on this information we will leave you a total job estimate to bring everything up to date.

        Bookkeeping can either be carried out on your premises, or we can arrange a system whereby paperwork, invoices and bank statements are collected from you on a predetermined date each month, processed at our premises and returned to you in neat and organised labelled files as soon as possible, all we need is that you keep all receipts and invoices together ready for collection. If the best time for you is the weekend for example we can collect Friday and return on Monday, this leaves you in control for as long as possible.

In the case of electronic accounts packages, like Sage or Excel a back up disc will always be left with you for security reasons. If you choose to use our Sage package you will save the cost of an expensive product licence. Another option would be to use a spreadsheet system for your accounts which we can design, maintain and update as necessary.

Your accountant may even thank you for presenting him with a neat organised financial statement called a trial balance at the end of the year.

What will it Cost?  

For an ongoing service we will make a nominal monthly charge , not an hourly rate.
